OBJECTIVESObjectives identify what needs to be accomplished in order for the mission to be achieved and the vision to be realized
VALUESValues state what is most important about how employees go about their work. Values also set boundaries for employee behavior. Even if an action works toward the vision, if it violates a value, it is not appropriate
LEARNING THEMESLearning themes articulate the general outcomes that Campus Life departments are working to help students achieve through their events, programs, and services.
